Hairstyling students will participate in career building activities such as community outreach, field trips, on-campus salon & lab, industry & employer networking, and a special visit to the annual ABA beauty and hair show.
The Hairstyling curriculum is approved by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. The Ontario College of Trades accepts our Hairstylist Diploma as the educational requirement for your licensing.

As a Hairstylist, you will bring joy and wonder to your clients as you transform their look with skilled technique and precision. Your creativity has the unique ability to make a bride feel extra special, give a boost of confidence to a businessman, restore dignity to a cancer patient with a wig of hair, or help a fashion model feel absolutely beautiful.
A Hairstylist may also be called a Barber, Hairdresser, Haircutter, Hair Colour Specialist, or Business Owner. There are many directions and specialties you can pursue in your career as a licensed hairstylist.
